During seasonal periods and preparation times for seasons, the preparation period may extend to 10 – 14 working days (excluding shipping and delivery), depending on the number of orders and workload at the factory. During peak seasons, it may be difficult to specify an exact delivery date due to high demand, but a maximum of 25 days. Return and Exchange Policy Due to the nature of the designs of Designer Zahou Ahmed's brand, which are carefully crafted for each order, exchanges or refunds are not available after completing the purchase, except in cases of obvious manufacturing defect. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect: Please consider the following: Contact us within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Send clear photos showing the defect fully. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags. After reviewing the case and confirming the manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced or the amount refunded as deemed appropriate by the store management, in line with Designer Zahou Ahmed’s constant commitment to customer satisfaction and trust.
